This may not be the first question on you mind in your day to day work, but it may be the most important question that we as leaders have to address at this time.
And, it is perhaps only in the space of re-imagination, perhaps starting from the place of not knowing, that we have the possibility of asking such questions and evolving and adapting as leaders. It enables us to ask other questions such as; What would our leadership look and feel like? What would we gain by leading and living in this re-imagined way?
